I receive a call at 14:03 (3 minutes after scheduled moving time) that the other mover isn’t able to make it and couldn’t send a replacement and the one mover that was in front of my house couldn’t come back because they had other “arrangements.” They said the next scheduled appointment would be the next day in the afternoon. We would use them again if the need arises.
